Wedding Photography – Lodge on the Loch Lomond, Luss. Ashley and Stephen met 33 years ago when they both started primary school together and soon became high school sweethearts. This wedding had been a long time coming and Ashley was determined that everything would be planned to the nth degree, nothing was going to spoil this day that she had dreamt about for so long.
The Venue – Lodge on the Loch
Both Ashley and Stephen had fallen in love with the Lodge on the Loch Lomond venue and it surrounding natural beauty. They were both determined to make the most of the views over the loch and the back drop of Ben Lomond, no matter what the day’s weather had to through at them. The forecast was for heavy showers; thankfully we were able to dodge the worse of them. However I suspect that Ashley would have been prepared to venture out in the worst weather for her pictures even if it meant getting cold and wet through. I hope both Ashely and Stephen will be happy with the end results. The images dramatic dark heavy skies and the stunning scenery make for some very unique wedding pictures that they will be able to treasure forever.
Once the meal was out of the way everyone was looking forward to shaking their booty on the dance floor. The highly anticipated wedding band (Strange Bru) did not disappoint and they had everyone strutting their stuff on a packed dance floor. I especially liked Ashley moves to the Tina Turner number; she certainly did not let the wedding dress hamper her moves. The rest of the wedding guests all following Ashley’s example filling the dance floor and partying to the wee small hours of the morning.
