Children’s School Pictures
The children recently had their school pictures taken; however the end results were not the best. So much to their annoyance I got them to wear a shirt and tie for a quick photoshoot in the studio. Sam didn’t want to smile as he currently has 4 missing front teeth
Family Studio Photo Shoot 2
I had Millie back in the studio recently. The last time she visited she was only 2 weeks old and here she is now 7 months. This little girl was a absolute angel which made for a super easy studio session with some amazing images. Mum and got got involved also making for some really memorable family pictures which I am sure will be treasured for years to come.

I had Freya (9) and Ruben (3) in the studio at the weekend for their first official photoshoot. I last photographed Freya 3 years ago when she was performing her duties of being a flower girl, Ruben attended the wedding also but was still in his mummies tummy at the time 🙂
Both children were super excited and probably a bit nervous when they arrived; however Freya showed no signs of nerves and was very comfortable having her picture taken; however Ruben was a completely different story. Ruben seemed very interested in how the camera worked and was desperate to have a shot a go with the camera, perhaps he will be a famous future photographer.
I persisted with Ruben and in the end got some great pictures of him by himself and also with his big sister. When the family saw the pictures they could not believe how many pictures I got of Ruben because as far as they were concerned Ruben had a “meltdown” and didn’t get any pictures on the day.

Home Photoshoot for New Born
The Boyd family are no strangers to me taking their pictures as they have had many photoshoots in the past; however this time there was a new edition to the family. Baby Mia who was born only 9 days ago was having her first official photoshoot :). Sophie who is no longer the baby of the house seems to have taken well to her roll of big sister and just wanted to show here affection to her new little sister Mia with lots of kisses and cuddles. 16 months ago I photographer baby Allyssa who was just a few days old at the time, since then I have had the Bennet family in my studio when Allyssa turned one and now there is a new member of the family. Baby James was born just a few weeks ago and I was asked if I could come out to the family house to take a few pictures of James and the rest of the family together. I had the lovely grace and here family back in the studio recently. It has been over 2 years since I last photographed Grace but now mum and dad were bother looking to update some of their photo frames and wall canvases. Grace was a little start in front of the camera and looked to be having great fun getting her pictures taken. Mum had brough along with her a few changes of clothes which meant they got a good variety of images.

My sister in law Melanie grabbed the opportunity to have a quick photo-shoot while the studio was set up. My 2 nephews Zack and Caleb and niece Penny were in the studio to get some updated individual and group shots done. Zack who is renowned for his Chandler Bing smile, so by just chatting and joking with him I was able to avoid this and also not directly asking him to smile. We did discover however that the Chandler Bing smile may be hereditary as Penny would close her eyes down to a squint everything she would smile, something she had never done before.
